RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

In accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. (39) of 2014 and the regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the State of Kuwait, the consumer has the right to return or exchange goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.


The consumer has the right to deliver the item personally to our headquarters or the designated return location. Alternatively, they may request our team to collect the item for a collection fee, as delivery and pickup services are considered logistical services and are not part of the right of return.



Terms and Conditions:



  • The product must be accompanied by the original payment receipt.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its complete packaging.




Cases Where Return or Exchange Is Not Allowed:



  • If the consumer was aware of the defect or flaw in the product at the time of purchase and accepted it as such.
  • If the nature of the product has changed, been used, or damaged after purchase, and the reason for return is not related to a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with mandatory standards.
  • Perishable consumer goods are excluded unless it is proven that they were spoiled before the purchase date.

  • Items that come in contact with the skin such as underwear

  • Ornaments and jewelry extracts

  • Men’s and women’s clothing
  • Video games, videotapes, CDs, DVDs, and Blu-ray discs





All return and exchange processes are applied in accordance with the regulations and laws approved by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the State of Kuwait, and in compliance with Consumer Protection Law No. (39) of 2014.

 

LICENSE AND ACCESS

Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and your payment of any applicable fees, BOUTIQUEJZ or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of BOUTIQUEJZ. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of BOUTIQUEJZ, or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of BOUTIQUEJZ or its contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use BOUTIQUEJZ, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. BOUTIQUEJZ does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. All items purchased from BOUTIQUEJZ are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
