Return and Exchange Policy (According to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry – State of Kuwait)

In accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. (39) of 2014 and the regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the State of Kuwait, the consumer has the right to return or exchange goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

The consumer has the right to deliver the item personally to our headquarters or the designated return location. Alternatively, they may request our team to collect the item for a collection fee, as delivery and pickup services are considered logistical services and are not part of the right of return.

Terms and Conditions:

The product must be accompanied by the original payment receipt.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its complete packaging.

Cases Where Return or Exchange Is Not Allowed:

If the consumer was aware of the defect or flaw in the product at the time of purchase and accepted it as such.

If the nature of the product has changed, been used, or damaged after purchase, and the reason for return is not related to a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with mandatory standards.

Perishable consumer goods are excluded unless it is proven that they were spoiled before the purchase date.

Items Excluded from the 14-Day Return/Exchange Period

(These may be returned within 24 hours only from the date of purchase):

Precious items such as jewelry and watches

Evening and wedding attire

Eyewear

Cosmetics and perfumes

Ornaments and jewelry extracts

Books and magazines

Video games, videotapes, CDs, DVDs, and Blu-ray discs

All return and exchange processes are applied in accordance with the regulations and laws approved by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the State of Kuwait, and in compliance with Consumer Protection Law No. (39) of 2014.
