The L’Artisan Heliotrope Limited Edition 50 Pieces
Dear friends,
Over the past months I have been working on a piece that feels both understated and deeply special: a watch featuring a genuine bloodstone dial, also known as heliotrope.
Bloodstone is a remarkable natural material deep green, scattered with subtle red inclusions that have given the stone its historic name. Each dial is completely unique, formed by nature over millions of years, and no two pieces will ever be identical.
For this edition, I chose to pair the stone with the beautiful HZ5000A micro-rotor movement, visible through an open sapphire caseback, allowing you to enjoy the movement at all times.
A First for L’Artisan
This watch also marks a personal milestone for me.
For the first time, I have chosen to use Eastern Arabic numerals on the dial.
Over the past year, I’ve been fortunate to see L’Artisan welcomed by collectors in the Middle East. What began as a few conversations grew into real friendships and partnerships, and this piece is a small way of recognising that journey.
The numerals are therefore more than a design choice they are a tribute to the people who believed in my work and helped L’Artisan find a place far beyond where it began.
